Refund Policy

The Walk for Vision 2026 event ("Event") is conducted and managed by Varada Innovations on behalf of the Lions Club of Bangalore West. This Refund Policy applies to all registrations and payments made through this website.

No Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable. Once a registration has been completed and payment has been received, no refund shall be given under any circumstances, whether in full or in part.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a Participant:

• is unable to attend or participate in the Event for any reason;
• chooses to withdraw or cancel their registration;
• does not collect their T-shirt, bib number, certificate, refreshments or any other inclusions; or
• is disqualified or removed from the Event for breach of the Terms & Conditions.

Event Changes or Cancellation

In the event that the Organiser changes the date, time, route or venue, or postpones or cancels the Event due to weather, public safety, regulatory requirements, force majeure or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, registration fees shall remain non-refundable. Wherever reasonably possible, registrations may be honoured for a rescheduled date.

Duplicate or Failed Transactions

If you are charged more than once for a single registration due to a technical error, or if an amount is debited but your registration is not confirmed, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with the relevant payment details. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and, where applicable, the excess amount will be returned to the original payment method.
